The appliance is equipped with a knob (6) that allows you to adjust the grinding grain of the coffee according to its uses:

Turning the knob (6) clockwise “A” increases the grinding grain; turning the knob (6) anticlockwise “B” decreases the grinding grain and the ground coffee will be finer (Fig.D). Turn the knob (6) and match the indicator (26) with the desired grinding level.

The grinding grain adjustment must be carried out when the grinder is in operation or on first use when the bean container is completely empty; turning the knob (6) with the grinder stopped and the beans inside could damage the grinding unit.
